Avoid Third-Party Ticket Scams
We want your experience at Matthews Playhouse to be truly exceptional! Recently, there has been a surge of unauthorized vendors who are reselling tickets to our mainstage productions at inflated prices. These third-party sellers charge significantly more than the actual ticket price and offer no guarantee of valid tickets.

When searching for Matthews Playhouse events online, you may be directed to one of these third-party websites. To ensure you’re purchasing legitimate tickets at the correct price, always visit matthewsplayhouse.com and click the "Tickets" button. This will direct you to our official ticketing partner, Arts People (check that the URL includes "app.arts-people.com").

The maximum price for a ticket to our 2024-2025 mainstage productions (including taxes and fees) will never exceed $35. If you're being charged more, do not complete the purchase—instead, visit our website to access the official ticketing platform.

We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at the show!
Currently, our box office is not holding standard office hours.
Call 704-846-8343 option 1 or email boxoffice@matthewsplayhouse.com with any
